The Skinny: For a long time I’ve admired the artist formerly known as Hitomi Kitamura. Nowadays she’s calling herself Tama Mizuki – and I still am a big fan. This one is her second venture as Tama, and guys, she’s still got it.
This time we are set up somewhere on the island called Okinawa, in case you were going to ask. Out of the box, and with a brief scan through of the chapters, this DVD will immediately impress you in two areas. First was the clarity and color of the images – meaning this was one of the best transfers to disc that I’d ever seen. The second was the music.
Have a look at this image above which was just about the last full image we saw of Ms Tama. About one second after this, the image started to dim and fade out for the closing credits that would follow.
We will join Tama in various places in Okinawa that range from the beach to a bath or a pool, a living room and a bedroom, out on a lawn, or in a doorway, She’s attired in mostly shorts, undies, or swimsuits or bikinis. There’s one scene with our lovely model wearing a skin tight white body suit with some speedy stripes along with a bluish white wig.
When you see tama in one of the snug one piece Arena swimsuits, you might be disappointed in the yucky green color. The white trim helps but not so much as to make it okay.
But what is more than okay is the way the suit accentuates her curves. Her booty gets all the screen time it deserves.
Remember that White body and blue/white wig I mentioned above. Have a look. This too is an excellent costume to make it impossible to describe Tama as anything else besides voluptuous.
And there’s Dr. Mizuki – Hi Tama, if you’re going to run around like that with your lab coat open – you are going to raise temperatures all over the place.

Summary: As usual Tama, formerly known as Hitomi, provides us with lots of eye candy. She ‘s sweet, and sexy, to go with busty and hippy. She’s a total package of feminine charm. Here’s your rating four point five. My recommendation is that this is a Must Not Miss DVD.
As Hitomi Kitamura, I liked her very much. But the very fact of the name change just rubs it in how fake and cynical the whole business is, it spoils any illusion that ‘X’ is a real girl and not just an agency owned trademark.
It would have been kind of ok if she had at least kept the ‘Hitomi’ part of the name, but she can’t change her entire identity and expect people not to be weird-ed out.
My Lord, I think you protest too much.
A Name change can only destroy an image if you let it. Realistically, we had no idea whether or not Hitomi Kitamura was her real name, just as we don’t know if your real name is Malau or not.
But, it matters not. The reason we like Hitomi or Tama is because of what we fantasize about or imagine while watching her videos, or those of any other gravure model, or even an AV model.
What’s in a name anyway.
In India, whole cities have been renamed after a few centuries of use. Bombay is now Mumbai, Calcutta is now Kolkata, and Hyderabad, because of all the overseas work in customer service and call centers etc outsourced to India, is now called Cyberabad (not really – that’s a joke).
But you are right in one respect. The timing should matter. For Kitamura to change names at this point is simply silly. Like why bother now?

As usual, Malau, thanks for your incites/insights and for reading my columns. You are a playful fellow. I hope some other folks will weigh in on this topic. By the way – Hitomi/Tama speaks English, so I wonder if she will have anything to say…
