Nonami Takizawa – Finale 1/2 (December 15, 2010)

Japan may be called the Land of the Rising Sun, but for Nonami Takizawa, this is the first of her final gravure DVD set; as such it is her personal sunset or swan-song to the world of gravure. According to c.manifo.jp, Nonamin has been posing for gravure videos since the spring of 2004. For me, I can safely say, I’m glad her run was so long, and that she will be missed.

After a longish montage (2:13) which seemingly was designed to show off Nonami’s large and jiggly breasts, we meet her on the by now famous or infamous Dreamland Beach, Bali. I say infamous because virtually all of the local housing surrounding this beach was bought out for bargain basement prices. After the locals had been displaced, their former homes were then bulldozed into oblivion to make way for an international resort. The construction of which was started, but was then abandoned.

Anyway, while Dreamland will never be what it once was or what it was intended to be, Nonami can still deliver the gravure goods better than just about anyone else. She starts in a Tootsie Roll tee-shirt which soon is removed leaving herself in just a white bikini. It is a high energy scene with Nonami running just ahead of the camera, continually turning and looking back toward us; even running backwards at times. It seems as if she might lose her balance,  but that doesn’t happen. What does happen is the she will lay down in the sand then spend a good amount of time brushing the sand off her bust, and looking damned cute while doing so.

Next we have Nonami in a red and white scarf and shorts. Other than the scarf there’s no other clothing on top. She pose for a while while standing on the deck, then eventually she will find the settee. The outer shorts come down and the scarf is taken off partially. This is a scene with demure and sexy taking turns.

As the third of the main chapters begins, there’s Nonami out on the resorts lawn. She’s decked out in a pink top and shorts. As she runs towards us – the whole point is the massive bust wobbling. This is not easily captured for a still. So you’ll have to use your imagination. However once she gets close enough, things do come into better focus.

That is after she stops the jogging. After a brief respite, we are back to more motion. This has NT bouncing a ball on the lawn. However, the lawn is not the same as a hardwood floor, so the ball determinedly refuses to bounce up high. This means Nonami will struggle to 1) keep the dribble going, and 2) not fall out of her top.

After all that, Nonami has raised a bit of a sweat. Time to recline on another settee, and remove her shorts. Then she will smile ever so sweetly to conclude this workout.

By now , we’ve seen three main chapters and have used about 22 minutes – about a third of the video. Chapter Four begins with Nonami in a blue see through which makes that lush tropical Balinese vegetation behind her look even better.

The see through makes Nonami look good too. Correction, makes her look better. I imagine she’d look good wearing anything that fits.

Five brings us back to exercise again. This time Nonami is decked out in an orange bikini. She’s handling one of those elastic stretching gizmos which expand when pulled or tugged. Then there’s more high spirited jogging in place and some rapid side-to-side steps. These are also known as the flying boob exercises. Hopefully she’ll have to stop, allowing us to grab some more images. That leads us to a hammock. Nonami is allowed a drink to help her cool down. But when some one starts tugging on the hammock, that brings us back to jiggle and wobble time once more.

For the Sixth Stanza, initially, they have Nonami wrapped in a tight beige see through. She’s been asked to posed a flower-petal strewn stairway. Eventually, she is posed while standing, and rubbing her hands over her body.

More motion follows. Nonami wears a brief outfit obviously designed to show off her cleavage. She’s standing on something that is best described as a miniature non-apparatus which allows her to use it for continual weight shifts from her right foot to her left foot, again and again. It also allows her great breasts to continue to wobble and jiggle. Like a StairMaster without the stairs.

Before long, she’s seated, and then will apply some soothing body lotion. When she gets up on her hands and knees, we know what’s in store for us. Yep – boob swinging and lots of bending over posing.

Then she poses on her back to show off more of her cleavage from another angle. Though this is repetitive, it is definitely not boring.

In Eight, Nonami wears feathers and lace. In truth it is a lot of boob bouncing, but with the sunlight streaming through the curtains, and the white feathers, and white gloves, the scene is sorely lacking in strong contrasting elements. She will move away from the window onto a white-sheeted bed where a side table, or maybe it is the headboard comes into play and gives us a bit more contrast.

Nine is  a car-wash scene. This scene does have the obligatory view from inside the car – the boobs against the glass shots – but overall it is nothing special as far as these type of scenes go.

Ten finds us back indoors. This time Nonami wears a bustier and stockings and begins seated on a leather sofa. Her body has been slicked up with a body oil, so we get that shining and gleaming look at her cleavage.

Then in a blink of an eye, Nonami has been transported to a luxurious bedroom setting. This scene offers us some of the best looks at Nonami playing the sultry woman. Mind you, this is not being playful. This is the full come to bed look that is unmistakable when you are in a similar situation.

The last of the main chapters is a night time pool scene. Nonami is still in the sultry mood. What’s more, she is bare breasted beneath that shift she’s wearing. This scene is a technical marvel as well. The camera movements are slow and gradual and the the lighting is low above her, and bright below her (a spotlight is located beneath the water’s surface). So it must have been quite tricky to get this scene to look as well as it did.

The bonus scene begins with Nonami dancing  but ends on a quite serious note. She tearfully and emotionally announces her ‘retirement’ from DVDs. It played as very moving and seemed that Nonami was quite sad in making this announcement. None of this rang false, and legitimate tears did fall.

Summary: On a scale of looking at Nonami’s body of work over her career, this DVD is no more than a middle of the road effort. The Bali location was nice, but for me, this DVD just didn’t quite ignite.

Despite the directorial intent of getting as much ‘play’ out of Nonami’s impressive bust as possible, the DVD seemed a bit forced what with the over-dependence on jiggling and wobbling boobs.

What apparently was missing to a degree, and only to a degree, was the usual lively, happy, and endearing model who has become the favorite of so many of us. I’m not saying she was dull or lifeless, and I’m especially NOT saying that she was going through the motions. But something just wasn’t there. Let me know what you think. Three point seven Five.
