The Skinny: Aside from releasing Aya Kiguchi’s DVD on the same day as Yoko Matsugane’s video, which was bad enough in and of itself, I-One has done only a fair-to-middling, workman-like job with their Aya Kiguchi release: Shinayakani, Adeyakani. Aya K is just a sweetheart. She’s slender yet curvy. Her eyes are a window to her youth, yet often seem to look right into your heart. And she looks good in almost anything she wears. The location of this opus was Okinawa according to Aya who mentions Okinawa with about 15 seconds left on the DVD, but you really can’t tell where we are. Maybe the production team was manacled to the hotel with a bit of leash to allow them the run of the grounds.
The DVD follows the standard I-One format – multiple chapters, a brief tee shirt signing, and a bonus chapter which is really a behind the scenes look at the video being made. After the montage, we have Aya in a black one piece costume that shows off a lot of skin. Aya’s mostly passive doing a series of turns and so forth as the camera moves around her. There’s two settings for this scene, one of which is on the beach.
A soap bubble filled bath tub comes next. There’s a music track along with the sounds of Aya in the tub. She talks, and laughs, and appears to be enjoying herself.
Next, Aya appears in what can be called intimate-wear. It is a daylight scene and is indoors. It is quite similar to the first scene as Aya hasn’t much to do but play with her hair, or occasionally hide behind the curtains. The camera is quite mobile which helps makes the scene effective.
The first scene is reprised next. Different outfit but almost the same motions. This one begins and we see a field and trees. Aya will later move down to beach to pose in a relaxed manner.
Aya flirts with us in the kitchen next. She does some talking, but it is mostly make believe cooking with a pot and a wooden spoon and other kitchen stuff, like catchup and mustard containers, salt and pepper shakers, etc, that you’ll find in any kitchen, will serve as props.
The scene seems totally improvised and Aya makes it up as she goes about in the kitchen. Nothing memorable, but she is cute.
The following lengthy scene is a reprise of the third scene. Once again Aya is scantily clad. And once again we are in a prop free room that is bright with sun. Aya must play around with her hair and loll around on the bed, all the while looking demure yet beautifully sexy.
Continuing with the lack of imaginative scenarios, we next find Aya back in a bathroom. Her attire is kind of cute, and when she’s done with the teasing us with the see-through top, she’ll take off the top to reveal a strapless and backless bra -
this is a truly a ‘look ma- no hands’ type of deal. We can only guess that this bra is held on by strong adhesives as there are no other visual clues.
Next we are back in the bright room where, once more, Aya will have to hold our attention while not really doing anything. Okay, she rolls around on the bed, jumps on the bed, and poses on the bed. And yes, she’s great to watch and still is uber-cute.
Then another outdoorsy scene. This time Aya wears a black turtleneck sweater that is both backless and side-less. Another scene to make your imagination do the work as the director doesn’t do much and Aya has nothing to do either, except to parade around and pose against some concrete blocks or some scaffolding in an unfinished structure.
The next scene begins with Aya covered up -at least compared to what she’s worn in all the other scenes. A white long sleeve sweater covers her from the upper thighs to her neckline. But … she’s wielding some scissors. Sorry, this won’t be a haircut. It is the sweater that undergoes a series of small surgeries. Thankfully it is a short scene.
Next we are back outdoors. And we are back to intimate-wear as well. The forest behind her makes for a nice background as Aya stands, sits, and lays on a picnic table in this covered structure, but abruptly we are elsewhere and Aya is on a white sheet which is on the ground. And that is the last of the main chapters.
The behind-the-scenes is about four minutes of Aya posing for a still camera in the locations we saw earlier, and then the last half minute or so she says her good byes to the crew and we viewers.
Summary: While this DVD is not a disappointment, it is not exactly an exhilarating bit of gravure work either. Aya is quite an eyeful, but I think the director and producer gave her far too little to do. Even the sexiest, or prettiest, or bustiest of models has to to do more than just look nice for the length of the DVD.
But that is all we have here. This is a crisp and professionally shot and edited DVD, with a terrific model, but 73 minutes of the model doing next to nothing (scissors and kitchen utensils aside) cannot help but force down the rating. Three and half is all I can find for Aya Kiguchi and the I-One crew this time.

I take it (from your caps) she doesn’t smile a lot on this one, which is a shame because she has a lovely smile
