The Skinny: The improbably huge busted Kei Megumi, cavorts in this release from Evolution. This DVD, released in March of 2008, was the launching pad for her career expansion. Since then, Megumi-chan has worked both sides of the street – meaning both IV (Gravure Idol) and JAV.
This one is a melange of all the cliched big boobs gimmicks that you know, plus a few that you don’t know. You do know ice cream popsicles, plastic ropes, gooey gels, and so forth. Just because some of these tricks are kind of tired from over-use, that doesn’t mean that Megumi looks anything less than good doing them.
In the opening chapter we’ll find her down by the seashore. While she does skip the part about selling seashells by the seashore, she will add lots of sand to her body which is clad in a tiny pink bikini. While the sand doesn’t exactly enhance her appearance, we all can readily agree that her boobage is truly huge.

Two finds our model in a red & white striped golf shirt with big steel grommets and red shorts. We later find out that there’s a bikini beneath her outer clothing. She does a good job bending forward offering views of her cleavage. We can hear the sound of the surf on the beach, but we don’t see any thing resembling an ocean. As we’ve see from Ms Kei in earlier videos and even earlier in this DVD, she meets expectations on how to end this scene by removing the bikini top, offering some titillating side and back views. Yes, the pun was intentional.
Three – we’ve all seen this one before. She begins on a deck overlooking the ocean in a white shirt and shorts. There’s a big beach ball. Naturally there’s a bikini beneath, and yes, she does a lot of bouncing.
Pink and white are our colors in the 4th chapter. It’s a one-piece swimsuit. Megumi will tug down the neckline to show off even more of her natural cleavage. A yellow rope is introduced and Megumi turns round and round binding herself. Most of her tail assembly is on display. But that doesn’t stop her from extricating her boobs from the swimsuit.
Indoors, Megumi-chan poses on a bed. She wears a yellow sweat shirt over what will end up being another skimpy bit of body coverings.First she’s on her hands and knees for some boob swinging, before unzipping the sweat shirt. More and more boob-age is presented, but we aren’t going to get the full fledged nudity that she’s been hinting at through her actions since the video began.What we get is another round of handbra.
Back on the beach is the locale for the next chapter. Megumi wears a one-piece swim suit which if nothing else, certainly accentuates her bust. She’s better than average with the hula hoop when she uses it for its designed purpose. But our busty model is more than willing to make sure the cameraman/director, the crew, and everyone one of we viewers gets a good look at how huge her bosom is.
There’s also frequent sandy bottom shots that will get your attention.
Next we find Megumi out doors wearing a very short overalls/skirt. It soon vanishes and Megumi will begin getting wrapped in a brilliantly red ribbon. Her thong bottom shows off much of her ass. The wrapping continues for quite some time before she changes direction to start the unwrapping. When the last of the ribbon is tugged away, she’ll resort to the old standby – a handbra.
Next up is another turn on the beach. She looks good in a small red bikini. The long shadows which fall to the east probably indicate an east-west beach facing the sea to the north, and it is late afternoon. Megumi walks, and then crawls towards the sun. When the cameraman is in front of her, he creates the shadows, but I’m definitely pleased with when he follows her crawl.
Towards the end of the chapter, he employs a vignetting technique, which as you can see, reduces the viewable field. However we will have no trouble concluding that her bikini top is far too small.
Eventually Megumi goes into the magnificently clear sea. The camera submerges for some underwater footage. They were out a bit too deep, and the sea was strong, so although the pictures have a grand clarity to them, the strength of the tides, made for uneven shots. I mean she was moving, he was moving, as was the sea. The results might have been anticipated, and they should have moved to shallower and less turbulent waters.
As the next chapter begins we are 65 minutes into the DVD’s total of 81. Megumi wears a pale blue bikini-esque costume. The bra cups and the straps up from the waist are all anchored by a single metal ring. This is the scene you’ve been waiting for if you love the gooey gels. The problem with this scene was that she kept her hands in motion for most of the scene – but mostly inside of the bra cups.
A frozen cherry and orange Popsicle serves as Megumi’s prop for some oral activity next. Ho hum – nothing special about this chapter despite the melting Popsicle dripping down into her mighty cleavage. And that is the last chapter. About six minutes of behind the scenes follows.
Summary: Its an OK DVD. Nice locations, big big boobs, and a model more than willing to show as much as possible given the limitations of the gravure genre. But the DVD lacks those spectacular magic moments which can catapult a DVD into high ratings. There’s really not a lot to roundly criticize. And I will say that it is not surprising that following this DVD, Megumi crossed over into JAV. Three point five zero is the rating. As a bonus we will give you a look at the covers of Megumi’s JAV releases.

Forestofbreast has Kei as the top gravure seller of 2008, of course, since she’s been doing AV, she shouldn’t count (neither Hitomi at #2, :p – so Yoko is still the reigning champ!!!)
She’s fine but she just looks to me like an overdeveloped, older, shorter and less cute version of a certain Ai… I don’t really get it how she would be the top seller but what am I to know, besides this video lacking that kind of magic you mention, I’ve also seen several of her sets and I get the same feeling from them, like the first bejean pics, white bikini and no background, sure, great body, but where’s the fun?
I want to like her but it is not happening. Who knows, maybe I need to check her AV stuff to find out what makes her special… hehehe…

I am surprised – Kei Megumi had the most sales? Doesn’t maka a lot of sense to me. What with Takizawa and Natsume each with double releases, and Matsugane was certainly busy in 2008. They must be including the JAV numbers as well.
I see Kei Megumi as a smaller version of Fuko. Do you see the resemblance?

I can’t speak/read Japanese, but the online translator gives me “summed up on the basis of the sale information which is purchased” but I don’t know if this is really based on sales or just by the site’s voting or whatever.
They did use AV sales but Juicy, Petit and Highschool Girl where ranked in the top ten and I think Kei would have got the first place even if the AV figures were discarded anyways. Mayuka was 5th, Nonami 6th and Rio 7th. I guess they’re doing great considering a 21 year old idol is called “grannie” in the business *L*
Oh, and it is a busty idol list, girls like Leah Dizon or Yuko Ogura are not included, the new list should come out in July, I wonder if Hana will beat Minami Matzusaka…

Hana’s latest is already sold out at cdjapan. It was released on 5/25 – I have it today, but if one wanted to order it now – there would be a two to four week delay.
They probably had a massive amount of pre-release orders, hence the need to press some new discs.
