The Skinny: A small gem of a model in a cheaply made and produced video. Despite the presence of the beautiful and busty Anri Sugihara, I must say that while some of this DVD was quite good, it becomes obvious that this was a video produced on a shoe-string budget.
In the opening stanza there are three segments. Anri wears a white bikini with some embedded rhinestones. She also wears a somewhat incongruous rhinestone laden necklace. She poses by the house, then with a water hose, then she utilizes a picnic table set up in the back yard. Yes, in regard to Anri, you may want to use the word enhanced, and you would probably be correct, but this pose below is still astounding.
Two has Anri posing in front of a stucco wall. Without much to do in front of a wall – this chapter becomes a short de-facto interview with the questions omitted – we just hear the answers.
Three is set in the bedroom. Anri is dressed for a workout and that’s what she does. From jumping on the bed, which is the only thing we see in the room, to stretching, to working briefly with a rolling dumbbell.
Four is Anri-the-Nurse’s turn. Again she is posed on a bed. The nurse costume is opened up but not taken off quickly so we can get a look at a cute bra and panties set. Then she stands so we can see only as high as mid thigh.
Somehow, Anri manages to remove her bra and panties and replace them with a green bikini without ever leaving the screen completely. We may see only a small part of her while she’s changing but soon we see her in the bikini.
In the fifth chapter Anri gives herself a massage with some body oils. She sits on a towel on a couch and gets all shiny and glistening. Despite shots like this one above, or a view from behind her head like this one below, this was actually a weak scene.
Anri plays the bra-less housekeeper in the next chapter. As much as she scrubs or as much as she bends over, her boobs aren’t going to fall out of the tank top that she wears. She does look quite cute.
Her reward for cleaning the table is a slice of strawberry short cake which is fed to her. Then she feeds us. “Oishi?” she says, meaning Delicious? While this scene wasn’t so special visually in terms of action, Anri was very playful and cute as well as charming.
Next she wears a silver bikini for her shower. An excellent scene as she first gets wet, then she will add the gooey liquid soap. When Anri rubs the soap over her boobs, the camera was in close, and it was very erotic. For some reason, they didn’t show us any of the rinsing off.
After her bath, Anri resumes her housekeeping duties, this time she is drying the dishes. Then she talks to us as if she was the wife – she even uses the term oksama which means head of the household or wife. And she’s going all out to be the ‘wife’ including preparing an omelette with three tamago (eggs). She even feed us with the chopsticks as the camera zooms in for a bust closeup.
Soon Anri is back wearing the tank top and flashing her cleavage once again while sitting on a stool. This scene while not quite weak was just an excuse for Anri to flirt with us as well as flaunt her bosom. But it was just a set up to prepare us for the ice cream cone that she consumes. I wonder if this scene even cost them 200 yen (roughly $2.00 US)?
The next scene was also very inexpensive. Anri posed on a bed. We didn’t see any other furniture at all so maybe this was just a cot bed set up against a backdrop in the studio.
When this scene ended there were still 15 minutes left. They gave us a brief five minutes of behind the scenes. Then the last 10 minutes were coming attractions.
Summary: This video had the least amount of production values that I’ve ever seen in an gravure idol video. The house they used had a nice small kitchen but the rest of the place seemed stark and barren.
The director did the best he could given the obviously minuscule budget for this video. I’m going to give this video a three point zero and all of that should be credited to the model (Anri) and the director. The producer should be sacked.
