at 55:11 she’s up on her hands and knees facing away from us atr an angle.
She appears to be lowering her chest to the bed. It’s possible she’s fallen out of the top….but facing aways from us, we have only a partial view -

So I’m not sure you are right – but I cannot say you are wrong either.

Maybe it’s just me, but it looks like falls out of her top for a split second around 55:11 into the DVD.

good review, also enjoyed this one and yea i agree we need some outdoor scenes
