The Skinny: A beautifully composed study of a beautiful 23 year old model. The whole DVD was shot in and around a country house in rural Japan. Kana doesn’t do a whole lot – in fact, at least four of the scenes were shot with Kana lying on her back. But yet, it is an elegant and eminently watchable DVD.
There’s a kimono-clad beauty walking on a unique, could-only-be-in-Japan, bridge. We study her for awhile. Of course it is our star, Kana Tsugihara. She looks wonderful in this white trimmed with red and pink kimono.
Soon we are at a small railroad station. Maybe railroad station is an overstatement. The train may stop here, but it isn’t a station. There are no trains in sight, no taxis, no vendors of any kind, and the only person we see is Kana in a white blouse, navy and white polka dot skirt, and straw hat. The cicadas sing, and this could be an out-of-the-way rural train track anywhere in the world.
Who is this girl? What is her story? And why did such a beauty find herself in this out-of-the-way location?
Kana poses in an upcountry mountain pool complete with a waterfall. She will shed her high socks and loafers and hunker down in the cool waters. But for us it is just a another moment of a hot model on your screen. Someone else is present and this person splashes Kana. Her wet blouse clings to her body.
Another water scene follows. This time it is a man-made pool. Kana wears a dark bikini. As the scene begins she’s seated in the pool, and it looks like she was perfectly positioned to show off how big her bust is.
Later she will climb out and sit on some rocks with a wash cloth. She lightly wash her upper body before lying down on the rocks. Though this scene is very short on movement, it is extremely pleasing to watch.
As the prior scene ended with Kana on her back, the next one begins with her on her back again. This time she lying on blanket out on the grass somewhere. This is the same white blouse and polka dot skirt that Kana wore when we met her at the railroad depot. She’ll open the blouse to reveal a white bra.
And she’ll manage to tug down her white panties while keeping her skirt on. But she remains lying on her back throughout the entire scene. As you might have guessed, the music is a slow and tranquil piano solo perfectly matched to Kana’s lack of motion.
When the DVD opened we saw Kana in the Kimono on the bridge. In this next scene, she’s indoors, and she’s wearing the same kimono. As she begins to undo the kimono, she is standing, bit only briefly. Then we see her again lying on back on the tatami mats. When the kimono is fully opened we see that she’s wearing a bra and panties. She’s not asked to do much in this scene.
And for most of the scene, the camera is positioned behind her head and slightly elevated. We get to look down into her cleavage. While this in itself is a good thing, they asked her to do so little that the scene has lost its charm due to the lack of motion.

Kana will then compare these as well as other balls to her own boobs.
I don’t understand what she says, but eventually the balls are put aside and Kana will walk in place, or do some slight bends, all of which is intended to create some jiggling of her own boobs. And she will continue to toss the word “oppai“ (Japanese for breasts) into the conversation.
A brief outdoor interlude follows. Kana walks about on this lovely lawn, She wears a pink slip. And will bend forward to show a bit of cleavage. It’s only about two minutes long, and before you can figure out where they are going with this scene, it ends.
Indoors again, Kana will show off another bra and panties set next. She begins on a leather couch.
And before long she’s reclining on the keyboard of an upright piano.
I don’t know if this constitutes proper usage of the phrases tickling the ivories, but it was fun to watch.
I might be wrong, but it seems like Kana is enthralled with her own breasts. In the next scene she is located in a corridor. They employ a chair as the prop. Kana will push her breasts into the openings of the chair’s back.
She’ll undo the bra without removing it. The whole point of the scene is to draw attention to her beautiful breasts without being crude or overtly sexual while doing so.
We next see Kana with her back to us. She’s sitting at the side of a pool. most likely a bathing pool (onsen) than a swimming pool. She’s topless. The camera will make it’s way around her.
Eventually she’ll assume a by now familiar position (on her back). The lighting in this scene is beautiful. Kana is basically nude covered by two pieces of wet cloth.
An after bath scene follows. Kana wears a yukata and is sitting on a window ledge. A tiny balcony is behind her, and often the background is the leafy trees. Her hair is still wet.
She will have a fan in her hand but eventually she’ll tug open the yukata. We won’t actually see her breasts, but we will see the very top of cleavage.
A piece of ice is introduced. Kana will use this ice by holding it in her hand and then reaching into the yukata to rub the ice over her left breast. This is very erotic despite the fact that it is not revealing at all.
Kana returns in the next scene in a black bra and panties. She’s once again lying on her back. This time a white sheet is beneath her. She will coat her body with a little bit of the clear gooey gel. And like many of the preceding scenes she will pay a lot of attention to her tits. But in this scene, Kana will get to an upright position, which is by now a welcome change.
But wait, there’s even more changes to come in this same scene which are completely unexpected as well. Kana assumes a position on her hands and knees. We are behind and off to the side. We see a copious amount of the clear gel poured on her back. Then a hand in a white glove begins to spread this goo over her back and even on her butt.
I found myself completely mesmerized as the hand gently caresses Kana’s beautiful ass and then a second hand in the white glove appears and they lovingly caress Kana’s lovely bust. Wow!
And this scene closes the main part of the DVD. There’s some additional behind the scenes, and making of segments, and the video closes with Kana in a short white wrap.
Summary: The Pros: Lovely to look at, and often stunningly beautiful. I believe the director was thoroughly entranced by Kana’s sexy body, and gorgeous looks. The scenes were perfectly lighted as her skin tones were wonderfully presented. And seemingly the editing was leisurely paced with artfully composed shots. The Cons: Too many scenes on her back. Each scene was paced exactly the same. Only in the one scene with the balls was there any sense of humor on display. By the time the DVD ends, you are thinking how little variance there was between the scenes. Conclusion: What ever the downside was for this DVD it was only in the pacing and planning. Kana Tsugihara is just so pretty and delightfully graceful. And she has an amazing body.
Her breasts are quite big and on her small frame, they look bigger. I am going to score this one at four point zero, but be warned that the pace is very tranquil and there’s not a whole lot of motion. But Kana is very special so you can overlook those issues.

This idol looks pretty good: her smile is very sweet, her legs are beautiful and she’s so sexy….

Kana is stunning. She looks quite young at times, and then she amps up the allure, and you’re bowled over. I think she has quite a future. We will have her on our pages again, for sure.

Why isn’t she modeling for Victoria’s Secret or Sports Illustrated? I’ve always found it perplexing that VS always features smokin’ hot women in nighties, panties, bras, bikinis and such….but never an Asian model in sight. NEVER!
I’d love to see a Reon Kadena or Kana Tsugihara in the pages of either of these publications. What are they afraid of? Afraid they’d be upstaged by an even hotter Asian model who has a smokin’ bod and nice rack? I say bring in these two ladies and watch VS and SI sales go through the roof!

Thanks for the very interesting comment. I think that is a very intriguing question about why VS or SI doesn’t have Asian models.
While I can’t tell you anything about the auditioning processes or the hiring criteria for these publications; maybe it has something to do with:
A) work Visas necessary to work in the USA
B) Language hurdles
Of course they could always hire a Japanese speaker for translating. Or they could shoot the segments elsewhere or even in Japan.
