The Skinny: One of Kadokawa Pictures 5 Major Fall releases. They’ve done a far better job with this one than they did with the lamentable Undress, Megumi Kagurazaka’s final gravure DVD. In a relatively short time – Hitomi Kitamura’s first DVD was released just two years ago in October 2005 – Ms. Kitamura has rocketed from being an unknown to now being considered one of the most in demand gravure idols. Additionally, she has worked as an actress, and has recorded some music CD’s. BTW, she’s always quite welcome on my DVD player any time, day or night. More

About three weekends ago, I was one of more than 56,000 people in attendance at Belmont Park, in Elmont, NY, for the 2005 edition of the Breeders’ Cup, which is commonly known as the Super Bowl of thoroughbred horse racing. One hundred of the best racehorses in the world were on hand to compete for purses of 14 million dollars in eight separate races. Over 122 million dollars was wagered on these races which were simulcast to horse racing venues across the country, and likely a lot more in Western Europe, where horse racing originated and was called the sport of kings.

The Skinny: First the good news. Kanako Hosaka has a great body. Now the bad news. This is either her first or second DVD and it shows. She’s either a tad nervous, or unsure of what to do, so you see her looking off for instructions or directions far too often. More good news – in her next DVD, her co-star is the super-busty Fuko. This will guarantee Kanako a far greater exposure to the buying public than she might get just on the basis of this DVD. As an example, Miyabi Isshiki did a DVD with Fuko called Chichi Darake and her career has blossomed since then. More

The Skinny: An excellent release from Takeshobo. This is not just another cookie-cutter styled Gravure Idol DVD. First off, they went to Koh Samui rather than Phuket or Pattaya. Second, just like Koh Samui has its own life style and pace, different from Phuket, this DVD also has a separate and distinct style, and it’s a very cool style.
