Okay, I’ve got enough to review. I actually already started my review for Kindan, but I can hold off until you get yours published. I picked up both new Yōko’s and the Nonami mentioned above, so I have more then enough to keep me busy for a while. Plus with a new Takizawa Nonami disc on the way next month plus adding another idol to my site, I have lots to work on.

Tanaka DVD is on it’s way, along with new Fuko DVD and New Yoko Matsugane DVD.
Order was shipped from Japan on Monday the 20th. I hope to have them Friday.

Well your review was published before mine, so the likelihood of similarity was increased. I should have the latest Yoko Matsugane DVD (I ordered one of the two) in a few days and it was shipped yesterday. Let me do my review and publish it before yours. Then we may have a better idea on agreement or disagreement.

I still think we like many of the same models, but we bring different expectations to each DVD we watch, so it is more likely that we will disagree. I think you have a built in edge over me because you speak Japanese, and at best I can say only that I can pick up on a certain few words. So you take away much more value on the spoken parts of the DVD s than I do. I must say that I couldn’t understand even one word spoken by Nozomi.

If you go back to my summary, I did put ‘under attack’ in as a tongue-in-cheek expression. I didn’t think she was in any real danger. If she is subjected to unwanted attention by mechanical hands, palm fronds, tubular balloons, and the occasional odd shadow, can you imagine what real men must be like for Nozomi to have to put up with. Then again, she must love attention – why would she be doing gravure work if she didn’t?

Personally, I’m just stunned we actually agreed almost point for point on a DVD – I don’t think that’s happened in quite some time. Quite honestly never picked up on the attacking thing, except for the last scene which seemed to have more of a menacing vibe, I’d say the others were more annoyances. She’s obviously amused by Robot-kun (the mechanical claw on track 3) and the entire tokusatsu ending to the fruit scene, so perhaps its just a difference of opinion on choice of words – attacking to me seems to imply danger as well as aggressiveness which were absent on the other tracks.

I just picked up Nozomi’s new one, Nozomi No Uta (basically, the videos her her music CD Dramatical) – equally focused on her singing and her looks. Definately not for everyone, but I liked it.
