The Skinny: She’s 22, has a 90 cm bust, and is certainly a beautiful woman. The I-One Series selects carefully. They’ve got themselves a winner once more.
The montage begins with a rather unusual first look at the model (see above). While this may not be Yashiro’s best feature, there will plenty more screen time for her backside (see below). But the real opening scene is set on a lovely beach. Yashiro sports a a blue bikini, and some smiles. The music is upbeat. Well done.
Just so you don’t think that I’m a bit ‘backward‘, here’s another view from the beach of the lovely Ms Minase.
Meanwhile, it’s time for the next chapter. Yup, it’s another bikini. Yellow this time with a matching color-coordinated handmade scarf. Not what I’d wear with a bikini, um, swim trunks. But hey, I wasn’t there. Maybe it was a chilly day. Either way, a smile from Yashiro will warm you up.
While it isn’t really a great scene, Yashiro makes the most of the prop, the scarf, and we get the desired result – enjoyment of the scene.
As we part company with Yashiro at the edge of the jungle /woods (pick one), she strikes a provocative pose, and the scene fades to black.
What will we get next? The towel clad Yashiro stands before a huge white tub with brass fixtures and feet. She’ll loosen the towel to reveal a nice panties and bra set. Despite the fancy underwear, it looks like the start of a bath scene.
It’s an unhurried bath as Yashiro seemingly has all the time in the world. Somehow she never quite seems relaxed or comfortable, and this makes the scene a little less fun than it might have been. At least the tub did not have a rubber duck floating in the soapy water.
The next scene is kind of a puzzle. It begins with a pool table. Looks like a game of nine-ball; only Yashiro never takes a shot, she walks into a low-light closet area, and then into a well lit room which turns pit to be a bar. She wears a black dress that is backless. Throughout the entire sequence she doesn’t smile or do much of anything except travel from room to room to room.
Are we having fun yet? Maybe in the next scene we’ll get some laughs. As the scene opens, Yashiro is snuggled up under a crisp white sheet. As the camera gets right up close, inches from her, a smile begins to creep into view. A harbinger of things to come? We’ll see.
When the sheet is lowered, we’ll see a nice lacy and frilly bra, panties, and stockings. They allow some feathers to flutter into the scene and Yashiro will ultimately take off those sexy stockings. They move her around on the bed, and the room has a wee too much sunlight. She stands, she sits, and eventually the scene goes full circle and once again Yashiro is wrapped in the sheet. At this time we do get another smile.
Ok. Enough is enough. If we don’t see a lot of smiles soon, I’m going to start deducting some points from the overall score. Out by the pool, Yashiro wears a red bikini top, and a mini skirt that is meant to be worn to the pool, and then taken off. That’s pretty much what happens and as we’d hoped for, our model is very relaxed and comfortable in the scene, and we have smiles-a-plenty. Bravo.
Next we are out in the country at some sort of pond. Maybe it is a quarry. Yashiro wears a white-something-or-other which isn’t at all flattering, she doesn’t look very happy.
Appearances are deceiving as the scene opens wider we see that it is a small country stream. Nit quite a river, but certainly bigger than a creek. Yashiro’s costume seems to vanish before our eyes. Ok – not vanish, maybe unwind or unwrap is a better word.
Our next chapter is a very neat surprise. We find ourselves on a tour bus. Ok, it’s not a bus. It’s just a small SUV, and I’ll make that a maybe. But it is definitely Yashiro and it’s definite she is the one wearing a cute uniform. Ok, it’s not really a tour either. The van is parked. Ok, she’s not really going to keep that uniform on for more than half a minute.
As predicted, Yashiro quickly strips off her blouse and skirt. We are left with her clad in just a cute hat, white gloves, a whistle on a lanyard hanging around her neck, a bra, panties, and pantie hose, and her shoes. Impressive, and on top of that she’s taken off those clothes in broad daylight right in the hotel parking lot.
Ok, she’s taking off the shoes and pantie hose next. And posing for us. And then, and then…she’s waking us up. We are back in the van, she still got the uniform on, and we had ‘fallen asleep’. The whole sequence was a dream. I thought this was kind of a cute reverse on we the viewers. The joke as it were, was completely unexpected. Ha ha!
This is followed by an indoor scene. Yashiro wears a lovely slip. She’s positioned with the window behind her, so the back-lighting washes the scene out. It’s not until the camera is positioned with the light source behind it instead of behind the model for the images to give us some value.
A scene that begins in bed with only a small amount of clothes is next. It will end in bed as well only with less clothes than when we began the scene.
The dreaded kitchen scene is next. Only this time it begins with a nice shot. See below. And if I may so, a series of nice shots. Surprise, surprise – we aren’t in the kitchen to cook. This just happens to be where the washing machine is, so Yashiro can wash a few unmentionable items.
And so it goes in the wonderful world of gravure idols. Just when you think you know exactly what to expect, they throw a curve ball at you and you end up surprised.
Summary: There’s no surprise that Yashiro Minase is a wonderful model. Though she is rather small-busted, she’s got all the curves you’d hope for – only most of them are positioned at the rear. Though this DVD has some flawed elements such as posing the model in front of bright sunshine backgrounds, and that Yashiro on occasion seems intent on not smiling for extended periods of time, I still felt that this was an enjoyable DVD. They’ve sort of left the path oft-traveled, and have gone towards some newer styled scenes, and on that note, I’ll score this DVD at four point zero.

She’s become one of my favorites. You’re right. She’s not top heavy but she’s got a great butt.
