A Quad Review – 4 Looks at Kazusa Sato

The Skinny: This is our first ever quad review. Kazusa Sato is not a new model; she’s been in front of the cameras going all the way back to early 2003 when her first DVD was released by Takeshobo for their Pure Smile Label. By the way, Rio Natsume’s first DVD was a Pure Smile release in 2003 as well. What about Kazusa? She’s a winner and a keeper.

A four-pack DVD review is bit more complex than what I usually do. So we aren’t going to review them scene by scene – it would take forever. Our approach will be to find the highlights from each of the DVD’s and show you how different production houses go about making you go ooh and aah.

Tokimeki (from 2004) was shot in Pattaya, Thailand. There’s lots of action on the beach and in the pool. They were blessed with great weather. When you view the DVD on a big screen TV capable of 1080 output the colors are rich and deep.

As you can see from these images, Kazusa is a very pretty girl. She may remind you of Nonami Takizawa, or maybe you’ll be thinking of Hitomi Kitamura for comparison. In this DVD, she has amped up on the cute factor. She plays to the camera throughout – you know hamming it up, making faces, and just goofing around.

But she looks grand. She’s endearing, exuberant, and yes, often she’s breathtaking. While they don’t go for erotic, or smoldering in this one, you will still be captivated.

The second oldest DVD chronologically is 99 Island (from June 2005). This one has Kazusa wearing her hair slightly longer than in the first DVD. The title is no accident, as 99-I Cup is one of her key measurements.

This one was also shot on location in Pattaya, Thailand. It’s fairly standard to the bikini gravure prototype DVD with lots of bikinis, and water related events – two from the liquid trinity – pool and shower make their anticipated appearances on queue. The ocean takes a pass this time.

There’s also a shopping tour, a visit to the Pattaya Elephant Village where she nuzzles a cute monkey near her imposing bust, and a view from the top of the world in Thailand - The Pattaya Tower, which is 55 stories high.

Kazusa looks splendid throughout this 75 minute DVD. Her figure is worth showing off – this is not what you might consider as a judgement call on my part. No, the fact that she continues to get bookings for DVD’s and photobooks tells all.

The third DVD in this quad review is called Ageha. This is easily the best of the bunch. This DVD walks away with the honors for sexiness, lighting, editing, music, make-up, and direction. Simply – Kazusa looks drop-dead gorgeous here. Don’t miss it.

I was particularly pleased by the production values on display. Everything seemed to mesh to produce startling results. Check out the images and take note of the lighting, the details, and every once in awhile details like the lip gloss she wears, or the small teardrop (directly below).

Want more? Look at the skin tones in her bath scenes. Or the beautiful surroundings to the pool. Not only does Kazusa show off her curves in a snug-fitting Speedo swimsuit, but she’s a great swimmer.

And as a final consideration, Kazusa looks more shapely and busty in this DVD than in anyone of the three others. To repeat, even though this is not a new DVD – don’t miss it.

Our last entry in the Kazusa Quad Review is the DVD entitled Sunshine! This is her most recent release. This DVD was brought out to the public just a few weeks ago. Here the optimum descriptive term is ‘sophisticated’.

Sunshine! marks more than three years since Kazusa’s initial DVD peformance. Her looks have improved and she wears her hair shorter. When she looks at the camera now, we are watching a beautiful woman who can no longer be described as just a sexy girl.

This DVD unreels in 16:9 format so it looks sensational on your big screen TV. What makes Sunshine so interesting is that this DVD will appeal to you on many levels other than how much cleavage the model is revealing.

The music is varied and eclectic – you’ll detect Indian, Calypso, Latin, French, and even Irish musical strains. You’ll dance to tangos, sambas, and hip hop.

The natural beauty of the Okinawa settings offers terrific visual backgrounds to the vivacious model who is center stage. And here we will mention that this DVD has superb direction – instead of resorting to a basket full of tricks like split screens, stop action, color manipulations, and other effects, the director goes for great shot composition. This DVD has many, many breathtaking shots.

Summary: When you look at 4 DVD’s of one model in succession, the videos each offer comparisons and become much more measurable for ratings. Tokimeki will garner a three point seven five. This one is the oldest of the four which means Kazusa was younger and less experienced and less confident in her looks.
99 Island specializes in long looks at the models curves. But this one was technically an ordinary gravure genre effort. I rate this one at three point seven five with Kazusa earning the lion share of the rating as her performance outshone the direction.

Sunshine! will come in with a four point two five. The maturing Kazusa looks fabulous. The direction, music, and shot composition were superb. But this one is just a cut below Ageha.

And the winner on the rating scale is Ageha from For-side. This is simply a marvelous viewing experience. Four point five zero.
