Time to saddle up. We’re off to a sun-drenched vacation spot with Megumi Kagurazaka. I mean that literally as we walk thru the airport with her, hang out with her at the gate waiting for the takeoff, and even sit next to her on the plane, courtesy of digital video. Fade out.
When the next scene opens we’re pool-side at a Pattaya, Thailand hotel. They’ve called this DVD ma cherie, and we can thank the lads at Takeshobo for their efforts. More

A lot has been written about the recent new-look Yoko Matsugane. Many people have made comments on internet forums, chatroom boards, and blogs discussing possible or probable causes leading to the results of an over-utilized diet, a debilitating disease, a serious depression, or a plethora of other concepts attempting to explain the circumstances.
I won’t offer up anything in that vein because I have no first hand knowledge about Yoko. She hasn’t told me anything. She doesn’t even know me at all. And it doesn’t matter.
It’s her body and her life. End of Story.
But I will tell you about Yoko’s latest DVD Body Scandal – because that’s what I can do. More

Speaking of pushing the envelope – there seems to be a definite trend towards showing more skin than ever. Only a year or so ago, there were very few gravure models willing to take a chance. In most minds, a bikini idol was a pretty girl with a good to great body who could successfully model bikinis, had a decent smile, and would look attractive enough to get hardworking salarymen to buy their DVDs and their photobooks. It was all in good fun, almost wholesome, and definitely not the kind of videos that needed to be hidden in a shoebox kept under your bed. In other cultures, it was akin to reading Playboy Magazine.
But somewhere in time, the suits that have the corner offices in Takeshobo, Livedoor, Girls Record, Bunkasha, and other assorted production houses, hunkered down with the bean counters, the accountants to discuss declining revenues. The competition from the JAV industry was eating away at profits. So the word came down – the catch phrase wasn’t show us the money; instead it was “Show us your tits!”. And so, nowadays – the cleavages are deeper, the bikini tops are smaller, or in some cases, the models aren’t even wearing tops in the usual sense of the word.

What to do?
When a Japanese bikini idol that you adore makes a below average video, or when an idol that you never pegged as top drawer material makes a wonderful or superb video, do you hesitate to apply a fitting number of points on your personal rating meter?
Well…maybe. I don’t hesitate to highly rate or to drop a poor score into the mix, but if I do, often there’s some opposing feedback. But guess what – I can live comfortably with or without agreement. We are not creating a lifestyle document – it’s only an opinion on a DVD.

So, do you think that Yuna Kawase has an impressive body? Surely you do, and so do I. After all, her most impressive bust is bigger than what you might find on most women anywhere on the planet.
